Houses and apartments advertised here are listed by landlords interested in renting specifically to members of the Vanderbilt community. Vanderbilt students looking for roommates may also post ads here.
Users of this service can search for accommodations by a number of criteria: type of housing, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, distance from campus, cost, and others. Users may also search neighborhoods by clicking on a map of the Nashville region.
Graduate/Professional Students, International Students
Vanderbilt does not provide on-campus housing for graduate students, professional students, or students with families. We provide the Off Campus Referral Service to assist you in finding appropriate accommodations in the Nashville area.
